Our mission and purpose is to walk alongside individuals and communities as they dig deep with the aim of growing in the fullness of Christ and understanding the highs and lows on the journey with God.  We focus on the personal journey with God from the deep place in ourselves as opposed to "the 'shoulds' of religion."  This ministry is not for the faint of heart as we do dive deep into issues, "the scared to ask questions," and despondency that can come during the journey.  We want to make sure that you never lose hope as there is room for women of all stages on this multi-faceted journey of faith.

We do that by, offering spiritual direction to individuals and groups, teaching on spiritual formation, leading retreats, and providing resources that assist in discovering an ever-increasing awareness of ourselves, God's love and presence.

We named our ministry WON Women not only because "we win," (Romans 8:37-39) but also in honor of the women of the Bible who WON when they chose to use their gifts, talents, skills, strengths, faith, intuition and wisdom to embrace/hold on to God's promises and let go of the things that frustrate life (bitterness, anger, pain, fear, lies, ignorance, jealousy, the past, etcetera).
